Founded at Ashaford[1]
Sylas, Brann, Elara, Lirael, Vahrenai, Selyna, and Mythrien choose to remain a company while recovering in Ashaford. They agree to map damaged convergences, share watches, gather supplies, and learn before intervening. They work with the Crescent Accord when it helps, under their own direction.
The meaning of Flame[1]
Vahrenai proposes a flame kept alive until another person needs it. The new order takes useful lessons and warnings from the Sentinels of the Dawn without simply restoring that older institution. Its rule is practical: no one carries the whole burden alone.
Dawnwatch, six months later[1]
By the Epilogue, the seven have reclaimed Dawnwatch Hold in the Ashfangs. Rebuilding walls, maintaining its ley-filtering works, caring for dangerous relics, and keeping the place habitable give the chosen name an everyday purpose.
