A COMPANION TO BONDS
This entry follows the subject as it appears in BONDS.
Yandir is a compact settlement with low stone walls and narrow streets. The caravan reaches it after leaving Evermark. Its road post, livery, and travelers place it within the same working network of wagons and waystations that carries supplies toward Branloch.[1]

A watchful stop
The company finds people in Yandir measuring the risks of travel carefully. Guards have strong opinions about the road after dark, and ordinary journeys have become difficult decisions. The scene gives the reader another view of how uncertainty affects life along the route.
